Shipping

All orders are shipped tracked. Dispatch is within 2 business days of payment, unless a piece is made to order.

The exact print rate is shown in the cart after you select the delivery country. A UK order may contain up to three prints; an international order may contain up to two so that the full merchandise value remains within the carrier’s compensation limit. For a larger order, please contact us before purchasing.

Original artworks are not currently sold through the online checkout. Please use the Enquire by Email button on the artwork page so that availability, insured delivery, packaging and any collection options can be agreed in writing before purchase.

Packaging

• Prints are rolled and shipped in a rigid postal tube.
• Original, one‑of‑a‑kind works are shipped flat, protected between rigid board and packed in a rigid outer box.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. If you need a piece by a specific date, please contact us at dp@dimapantyushin.com before ordering.

Customs, duties and taxes

Shipments outside the United Kingdom are declared as merchandise (artwork/prints), not gifts, as required by customs law. Any import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged on arrival are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost shown at checkout. We have no way of knowing or predicting these charges — please check with your local customs authority if you are unsure.

Returns and cancellation

Prints

If you are a consumer ordering from within the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email dp@dimapantyushin.com within that window. You must return the print unused and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, at your own cost, and we will refund the item price and original shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return.

Original, one-of-a-kind artworks

For a ready-made original artwork purchased at a distance, you may cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email dp@dimapantyushin.com within that window. The artwork must then be returned within 14 days of cancellation, in its original protective folder and packaging and in its original condition. You are responsible for arranging and paying for insured return delivery unless the artwork is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. We will refund the artwork price and the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return.

Commissioned, personalised or made-to-order work created to your specification is not covered by this change-of-mind cancellation right once work has begun. The applicable terms will be confirmed in writing before the commission starts. This does not affect your rights if the work is faulty, damaged or not as agreed.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please email dp@dimapantyushin.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the artwork, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will arrange and pay for any necessary return. We will offer a replacement where possible (for prints) or a full refund, and will handle the carrier claim ourselves — you do not need to contact the courier.

If tracking shows a shipment as lost, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
