These terms apply to all purchases made on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We sell fine art prints and original, one‑of‑a‑kind artworks by Dima Pantyushin. Prints are produced to order or from existing stock as described on each product page; original works are unique — once sold, that specific piece is no longer available. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the physical artwork due to display settings.

Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include the cost of the artwork only; shipping is calculated and shown separately at checkout.
• We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to prices. If this changes, this page and the prices shown will be updated accordingly.
• Online print payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Accepted methods include major debit/credit cards and, where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Original artworks are currently purchased by enquiry. Availability, insured delivery, packaging, collection options and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing before purchase.
• An online print order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and you receive an email receipt from Stripe. An original-artwork order is confirmed according to the written terms agreed with you.

Copyright and use of images

All artworks, images, designs and text on this site are the copyright of Dima Pantyushin unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a print or an original artwork transfers ownership of that physical object only — it does not transfer copyright, and does not grant any right to reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from the image without prior written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

Complaints

If something isn’t right, please email dp@dimapantyushin.com first so we can put it right directly. We do not currently use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
